Electrical Requirements - Action Inflatables Mega Events is NOT
responsible for providing appropriate electrical power. The power requirements for EACH piece of
equipment is one 20 AMP circuit unless otherwise noted above, and is the renter's responsibility
to make sure these are met. All items requiring electrical power must be positioned within 75 FEET of
the power source. No refunds will be credited for equipment that cannot operate because the renter
failed to provide the adequate power. |

Cancellation - If a reservation is cancelled, 100% of the deposit
is forfeited. All charges will be credited to a future event if rescheduled within one year of the
original event date. |

Rain Policy - If an event is cancelled due to rain, Action Inflatables
Mega Events must be notified no less than 24 hours before the event. Failure to do so will result in
forfeiture of the deposit. If the 24-hour cancellation requirement is met, the deposit shall be credited
to a future event if rescheduled within one year of the original event date. If the equipment is set up
and the event is cancelled before the scheduled start time, 50% of the remaining balance shall be due
and payable. If the equipment is operating, and the event is cancelled, the full rental charge shall
be due and payable. |

Release Statement - Lessee agrees not to hold Action Inflatables
Events, it's employees, agents, and representatives liable for an injury and/or property damage
sustained while participating in any of the games or activites provided by Action Inflatables. |

Permits, Licenses, and Balances - The renter shall assume the costs
of any permits or licenses if required by local or county ordinances. All event balances will be due the
day of the event. |
